By Using trial and error method
a) Put x = 1
LHS = 5-6 = -1
RHS = 1+6 = 7
b) Put x = 2
LHS = 4
RHS = 8
c) Put x = 3
LHS = 9
RHS = 9
at x = 3, LHS = RHS
Hence x = 3 is the required solution.
