solve the equation x-12=4 by method of balancing​

To solve equation at first we have to keep the variables in left side and constants in the right side and in middle the sign of equal.

As:- X is in left and -12 is also in left.

So, first keep the constants in right as:-

==> X = 4 + 12

:- Here the sign will be changed because it is transposing to 4

==> X = 16

Given the data in question  x-12=4

Hence, for solving the above equation, we will solve it by separating the like terms at one side.

So, we will shift 12 from LHS to RHS,

So, we will get it as,

\Rightarrow x-12=4\\\Rightarrow x=4+12\\\Rightarrow x=16

Hence, value of "x" in above equation will be 16.
