Solve the equation: (x-2)(x-3) = 12 please i need help with this quick thank you

 (x-2)(x-3) = 12

x(x - 3) - 2(x - 3) = 12

 {x}^{2}  - 3x - 2x + 6 = 12

 {x}^{2}  - 5x + 6 = 12

 {x}^{2}  - 5x  = 12 - 6

 {x}^{2}  - 5x  = 6

=>x^2-3x-2x+6=12

=>x^2-5x=6

=>-4x=√6

=>x=-√6/4
