X+9-7x/3=19/6-5x/2

(3(x+9)-7x)/3=(19-15x)/6

(3x+27-7x)/3=(19-15x)/6

(-4x+27)/3=(19-15x)/6

By,Cross multiplying

we get,6(-4x+27)=3(19-15x)

-24x+162=57-45x

21x=-105

X=-5
