 \frac{9x}{7}  - 6x = 15

 \frac{9x - 42x}{7}  = 15 \\  \frac{ - 33x}{7}  = 15 \\  - 33x = 15 \times 7 \\  - 33x = 105 \\ x =  -  \frac{105}{ 33}  \\ x = 3 \ \frac{6}{33}  \\ 3  \frac{2}{11}

So here's your answer and hope it helps
