\left(\dfrac{6}{5}\right)^5\cdot\left(\dfrac{6}{5}\right)^{-8}=\left(\dfrac{6}{5}\right)^{2x-3}\\\\\left(\dfrac{6}{5}\right)^{-3}=\left(\dfrac{6}{5}\right)^{2x-3}\\\\-3=2x-3\\2x=0\\x=0
