 \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{5}{2}  =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{x}{3}  =  -  \frac{3}{2}  -  \frac{5}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{ - 3 - 5}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{ - 8}{2}  =  - 4 \\  \\  =  > x =  - 4 \times 3 \\  \\  > x =  - 12

by taking LCM of lhs we get 2x+15/6
so equate it to rhs. u will get x is equal to -12
