✔Sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ:-

  1. 15/4-7x=9
  2. 15/4x=9+7
  3. 15/4x=16
  4. x=16×15/4
  5. x=4×15
  6. x=60

ꙬExᴘʟᴀɴᴀᴛɪᴏɴ:-

  • First move -7 to R.H.S. by changing the sign.
  • i.e., -7= 9+7
  • Now after addition it will be 16.
  • so now the fraction will be moving to R.H.S. And it will be then miltiplied to 16.
  • Now first 16 and 4 will get simplified.
  • Then the numbers left will be 4×15
  • Then 60 will be the value of x
