Answer:

1.900

2.38.4 years

3.Rs. 486

4.Rs100,Rs300

5.15

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Let the number be x

x \times \frac{26}{100} = 234 \\ x = \frac{234 \times 100}{26} = 900

2. let the our weight be x

our weight =48-20% of 48

ie

 our \: weight = \frac{80}{100} \times 48 = 38.4kg

3. cost of 1 soap=54/6=Rs 9

cost \: of \: 54 \: soap = 54 \times 9 = rs \: 486

4. The ratio is 1:3

total part is 4

Dividing total money by no.of parts=>400/4=Rs.100

The first part is a part of total money which is equal to Rs 100.

The second part is 3 parts of total money which is equal to 3*100=Rs 300

5. let second term be x

6:x::12:30

 \frac{6}{x} = \frac{12}{30} \\ x = \frac{6 \times 30}{12} = 15
