Given question:

 \frac{8x + 3}{2x - 3}  =  \frac{4x}{x - 3}

Solution:

x - 3(8x + 3) = 2x - 3(4x)

 {8x}^{2}  + 3x - 24x - 9 =  {8x}^{2}  - 12x

 {8x}^{2}  - 21x - 9 =  {8x}^{2}  - 12x

 {8x}^{2}  -  {8x}^{2}  -9  =  - 12x + 21x

 - 9 = 9x

 \frac{ - 9}{9}  = x

 - 1 = x

x =  - 1 \: or \: x = 1
