Solve the following....2x+y-3=0,2x-3y-7=0

2x-3y-3=0

=>2x-3y=3--------------(1)

2x-3y-7=0

=>2x-3y=7--------------(2)

2x+y=3.........(1)                              ..............................( By Transposition)

2x-3y=7.........(2)                            ..............................(By Transposition)

By Elimination method

2x+y=3

2x-3y=7                                         .......................(Subtracting Eqn. 1 &2)

4y=-4

y=-1  

Substituting the value of y in Eqn 1

2x-1=3

2x=4

x=2
