\huge\bold{Solution:-}

Given,

Product of two rational numbers is \frac{2}{3} and one number is -20

Let other number be x

So, According to the question

( - 20)(x) =  \frac{2}{3}

x =  \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{ - 20}

x =  -  \frac{1}{30}

\huge\bold{Final Answer:-}

The other number is

 -  \frac{1}{30}

Verification:-

( - 20) \times   (- \frac{1}{30} ) =  \frac{2}{3}

 - 2 \times(  -  \frac{1}{3} ) =  \frac{2}{3}

 \frac{2}{3} =  \frac{2}{3}
