3x - y =2
⇒y = 3x -2___(1)
now,x +2y =3___(2)
substituting (1) in (2)
x +2(3x-2) =3
⇒x +6x -4 =3
⇒7x =7
⇒x =7/7 = 1
so, y =3×1 -2 = 1

Answer:

mark as the brainliest answer

Step-by-step explanation:

3x-y=2

y=3x-2 ----------(1)

X+2y=3-----------(2)

substituting (1) in (2)

X+2(3x-2)=3

X+6x-4=3

7x=7

X=7/7

X=1

y=3×1-2

y=1

X=1 and y=1
