Answer:

28 = 4 + 3(t + 5) \\ 28 = 7(t + 5) \\  \frac{28}{7}  = (t + 5) \\ 4 = t + 5 \\ 4 - 5 = t \\ t =  - 1

28=7(t+5)

28/7=t+5

4=t+5

t=4-5

t=-1
