Answer:

(I) x=-1

2) x=-1

3) x=0.75

Step-by-step explanation:

(i)

4(x+2)-3(2-5x)=5(3x-2)

4x+8-6+15x=15x-2

4x+15x+8-6-15x+2=0

4x+4=0

x=-4/4

x=-1

(ii)

4(x+2)-3(2-5x)=5(3x-2)

4x+8-6+15x=15x-2

4x+15x+8-6-15x+2=0

4x+4=0

4x=-4

x=-1

(iii)

2.4(3-x)-0.6(2x-3)=0

7.2-2.4x-1.2x+1.8=0

7.2+1.8-2.4x-1.2x=0

9.0-1.2x=0

-1.2x=-9

x=9/1.2

x=0.75
