 =  >  \frac{2(3x - 1) - (2x + 1)}{7x - 2}  =  \frac{1}{2}   \\  \\   = >  \frac{6x - 2 - 2x  -1}{7x - 2} =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{4x  - 3}{7x - 2}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\ (cross \: multiplication) \\  \\  =  > 2(4x - 3) = 1(7x - 2) \\  \\  =  > 8x - 6 = 7x - 2 \\  \\  =   > 8x - 7x =  - 2 + 6 \\  \\  =  > x = 4
