  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of expression.

       Given data:-\frac{2x}{3}+\frac{5}{2}=4.

To find:- value of the expression.

        Solution:-

  • Here, we will use the below following steps to find a solution using the transposition method:
  • Step 1:- we will Identify the variables and constants in the given simple equation.
  • Step 2:-then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.
  • Step 3:-Transpose or shift the term on the other side to solve the equation further simplest.
  • Step 4:- Simplify the equation using arithmetic operation as required that is mentioned in rule 1 or rule 2 of linear equations.
  • Step 5:- Then the result will be the solution for the given linear equation.

By using the transposition method. we get,

      Therefore,

        \Rightarrow \frac{2x}{3}+\frac{5}{2}=4\\\Rightarrow \frac{4x+15}{6}=4.\\\Rightarrow 4x=24-15\\\Rightarrow 4x=9\\\Rightarrow x=\frac{9}{4}.

Hence, the value will be \frac{9}{4}.

Given: The equation is2x/ 3 + 5 / 2 = 4.

We have to solve the above equation.

  • For this first, we will Identify the variables and constants in the given equation.
  • And then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.
  • Then we will transpose or shift the term on the other side to solve the equation further simplest.
  • After that, we will Simplify the equation using arithmetic operation as required that is mentioned in the above rule of the linear equations.
  • Then the result will be the solution for the given linear equation.

Now by using the transposition method:

We have,

The equation is2x/ 3 + 5 / 2 = 4

\begin{array}{l}\Rightarrow \frac{2 x}{3}+\frac{5}{2}=4 \\\\\Rightarrow \frac{4 x+15}{6}=4 . \\\\\Rightarrow 4 x=24-15 \\\\\Rightarrow 4 x=9 \\\\\Rightarrow x=\frac{9}{4} .\end{array}

Hence, the solution of the equation will be\frac{9}{4} \ or\ 2.25.
