  = \frac{2}{3} (x +  \frac{3}{5} ) =  \frac{7}{2}  \\  =  \frac{2}{3}  (\frac{5x + 3}{5} ) =  \frac{7}{2}

 \frac{2(5x + 3)}{3 \times 5}  =  \frac{7}{2}

 \frac{10x + 6}{15}  =  \frac{7}{2}  \\ by \: cross \: mulipication \\ 2(10x + 6) = 7 \times 15

20x + 12 = 105 \\ 20x = 105 - 12 \\ x =  \frac{93}{20}
