The following equation by Elimination Method

3х+4y = - 6 , 3x-y = 9

EVALUATION

Here the given system of equations are

 \sf{3x + 4y =  - 6 \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (1)}

 \sf{3x  - y =  9 \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (2)}

Multiplying equation 2 by 4 we get

 \sf{12x  - 4y =  36 \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (3)}

Equation 1 + Equation 3 gives

 \sf{15x  =  30 \:  \:  \:  \:  }

 \sf{ \implies \: x  =  2 \:  \:  \:  \:  }

From Equation 2 we get

 \sf{(3 \times 2) - y = 9}

 \sf{ \implies \: 6 - y = 9}

 \sf{ \implies \:  - y =  9 - 6}

 \sf{ \implies \:  - y =  3}

 \sf{ \implies \:  y =   - 3}

FINAL ANSWER
