3x/2-5y/3=-2. × 2/9

X/3-10y/27=-4/9. eq- 1

given,X/3=13/16-y/2

put in eq- 1

13/16-y/2-10y/27=-4/9

13/16-47y/54=-4/9

-47y/54=-4/9-13/16

-47y/54=-181/144

so,y=181/144×54/47
