3(x-3)= 5(2x+1)

3x-9= 10x +5

10x-3x = -9-5

7x = -14

x = -14/7

x = -2

verification,

LHS = 3(x-3)=3(-2-3)=3×(-5)=-15

RHS = 5(2x+1)=5(2×-2+1)=5(-4+1)=5×(-3)=-15
