Given

Q is addition,

W is subtraction,

E is multiplication,

R is division

and T is equals.

 2EyQ(14W39)E16Q(105R7)T(18W29)yQ18E14R3

 =2\times y+(14-39)\times 16 + (105\div 7)= (18-29)y+18 \times 14 \div 3

 \implies  2y + 25 \times 16 + 15 = -11y+ 6 \times 14

 \implies 2y + 400 + 15 = -11y + 84

 \implies 2y + 11y =  -415+ 84

 \implies 13y =  - 331

 \implies y =  \frac{- 331}{13}

Therefore.,

 \red{ Value \: of \: y }\green { = \frac{- 331}{13}}
