put tha value of 2x in 2nd equ. 
2x - 3y = -6
2 + y - 3y = -6
     -2y = -6 -2
      y = 8

      y = 4 
so 2x =2+y
      2x = 2 + 4
        x = 3
so x=3 nd y = 4
