 \longrightarrow \bold{3(m - 7) = 5(m + 3)}

 \longrightarrow \bold{3m - 21 = 5m + 15}

 \longrightarrow \bold {3m - 5m = 15 + 21}

 \longrightarrow \bold{ - 2m = 36}

 \longrightarrow \bold{m =  \frac{ - 36}{2} }

 \longrightarrow \bold \blue{m  =  - 18}
