Answer:x =  (4/5) (x + 10)

multiplying both side by "5"

5 x = 5 (4/5) (x + 10)

5x = 4 (x + 10)

distributing "4" inside the braces

5x = 4x + (4 x 10)

5 x = 4 x + 40

subtracting 4x both side

5x - 4x = 4 x - 4 x + 40

x = 40
