or, 1 + 1/6 + y/21 - 1/21 = 0            [ as, y-y = 0 ]

or, 7/6 + y/21 - 1/21 = 0

or, y/21 = - 47/42

or, y = - 47/2

So, the answer is:  y = - 47/2
