X/7 -3x-1/5+3=0

 \frac{x}{7} - 3x -  \frac{1}{5}  + 3 = 0 \\    \frac{x}{7}   -   \frac{21x}{7}  =  \frac{1}{5}  - 3 \\   \frac{ - 20x}{7}  =  \frac{1}{5}  -  \frac{15}{5}  \\  \frac{ - 20x}{7}  =  \frac{ - 14}{5}  \\ ( - 20x \times 5) = ( - 14 \times 7) \\  - 100x =  - 98 \\ x =   \frac{ - 98}{ - 100}  =  \frac{49}{50}
