Step-by-step explanation:

2.4(3-x)-0.6(2x-3)=0

by multiplying outer digit to inner digits

= 7.2-2.4-1.2x-1.8=0

= 4.8 - 1.2x-1.8=0

= 4.8 -1.2 x = +1.8

by transferring -1.8 to LHS to get value of x

= -1.2x = 1.8 - 4.8

= -1.2x = -3.0

the -(minus) sign of both LHS and RHS will cancelled out by each other

so,

= 1.2x = 3.0

= x = 3.0 /1.2

= x= 3.0 ÷1.2

= x = 3 x 10/ 1x 10

=10 will be cancelled out

then,

x= 3/1

x=3
