-2x-11/15=1/3

now , LCM of 3 and 5 is 15 so,

$\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ (2x-3)5}{15}- \dfrac{(6x-2)3}{15}= \dfrac{1}{3}$

$\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ (10x-15)}{15}- \dfrac{(18x-6)}{15}= \dfrac{1}{3}$
