Answer:

2x-3/3-6x-2/5=1/3

10x-15-12x+4/15=1/3

-2x-11/15=1/3

-2x-11=1/3*15

-2x-11=5

-2x=5+11

-2x=16

x=-16/2

x=-8

hope it helps you

Required Answer :-

\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ 2x-3}{3}- \dfrac{6x-2}{5}= \dfrac{1}{3}

now , LCM of 3 and 5 is 15 so,

\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ (2x-3)5}{15}- \dfrac{(6x-2)3}{15}= \dfrac{1}{3}

\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ (10x-15)}{15}- \dfrac{(18x-6)}{15}= \dfrac{1}{3}

\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ (10x-15 - 18x + 6)}{15}= \dfrac{1}{3}

\sf:\Longrightarrow \dfrac{ ( - 8x  - 9)}{15}= \dfrac{1}{3}

Now by doing cross multiplication ,

\sf:\Longrightarrow ( - 8x  - 9)3= (1)15

\sf:\Longrightarrow ( - 24x  - 27)=15

\sf:\Longrightarrow  - 24x  =15  + 27

\sf:\Longrightarrow  - 24x  =42

\sf:\Longrightarrow  x  = \dfrac{ - 42}{24}

\sf:\Longrightarrow  x  = \dfrac{ - 7}{4}
