Given,
6x - 3y = -10
3x + 5y - 8 = 0

arrange both equations in general form ax + by + c = 0 .
e.g., 6x - 3y + 10 = 0 -----(1)
3x + 5y - 8 = 0 -----(2)
now, use Cramer's rule,

=> x/(24 - 50) = -y/(-48 - 30) = 1/(30 +9)

=> x/-26 = -y/-78 = 1/39

=> x = -26/39 = -2/3 and y = 78/39 = 2

hence, x = -2/3 and y = 2
