2x-3 = 3/10(5x-12)
solve the bracket
2x-3= 3x/2-12/5
2x-3x/2 = -12/5+3
(4x-3x)/2 = (-12+15)/5
x/2 = 3/5
x = 6/5

Answer:

The value of x is -1.2.

Step-by-step explanation:

The given expression is

2x-3=\frac{3}{10}(5x-12)

Multiply both sides by 10.

20x-30=3(5x-12)

20x-30=15x-36

20x-15x=30-36

5x=-6

x=-1.2

Therefore value of x is -1.2.

2(-1.2)-3=\frac{3}{10}(5(-1.2)-12)

-5.4=-5.4
