          solution

given that   3m=5m-8/5

 solution

by multiplying the equation through by 5

⇒ 5*3m=5*5m-8*5/5

15m=25m-8

15m-25m=-8

⇒-10m=-8

by dividing both side by -10

⇒m=-8/-10

⇒m=4/5
