t/12 + 5 = t/3 + t/4
Transporting t/12 from LHS to RHS. After transportation, t/12 will become negative
=> 5 = t/3 + t/4 + t/12
LCM = 12
=> t/3 = 4t/12
t/4 = 3t/12
t/12 = t/12
=> 5 = 4t/12 + 3t/12 + t/12
=> 5 = 8t/12
=> 5 = 2t/3
=> t = 5 × 3/2
=> t = 15/2
Hope it helps dear friend ☺️
