solve the following equations x/2-1/4=x/3+1/2

Given,

x/2-1/4=x/3+1/2

(2x-1)/4=(2x+3)/6

6(2x-1)=4(2x+3)

12x-6=8x+12

12x-8x=12+6

4x=18

x=18/4

=9/2=4.5
