i got the answer to the second equation.
t=1/12
you will shift all the t to one side and the fractions to the other side.
3t-2t+t=2/3+2/4-3/3
you will take the lcm of the fractions on the right side.
so, the answer will b as follows-
t+t=8+6-12/12
2t=14-12/12
2t=2/12
t=2/12divided by 2
t=2/12*1/2
2 and 2 cancelled
answer is t=1/12

i hope this helps you

In the first question
x-5/3=x-3/5
x-x=5/3-3/5
Here x is cancelled so we can not find the value of this equation.
In the second question
3t-2/4-2t+3/3=2/3-t
3t-2t-2/4+3/3=2/3-t
t-1/2+1=2/3-t
t+1/2=2/3-t
t+t=2/3-1/2
2t=1/6
t=1/6*1/2=1/12
Therefore,t=1/12
