As you can see solving such equations using matrix inversion method is quite complicated and easily leads to error is a small calculation mistake is done. Here, while obtaining the adjoint matrix I have used Goyal's method(Algebra SK Goyal pp.627) to reduce calculation. In case you don't know this method use the traditional method of finding adjoint which is a bit calculative.
As of my negligible knowledge, I do suggest solving this type of equations using Determinant method aka Cramer's rule which is more simple and less calculative
