Solve the following g simultaneous equations : 5x+3y=15 3y-x=3 I want explanations .

Answer:

You can use elimination method

5x+3y=15 --eq. 1

3y-x=3 can be written as. -x+3y=3.-- eq. 2

Solving eq. 1 and 2 by elimination method

You'll get the value as in pic I've shared..

Thus x=2..

You can also solve this sum by subtracting eq. 2 from eq. 1
