30/x-y +44/x+y = 10
40/x-y + 55 / x - y = 13​

let 1/x-y=a and 1/x+y=b

then the equations are

30a+44b=10

40a+55b=13

multiply equation 1 with 4 and equation 2with 3

120a+176b=40

120a+165b=39

subtract the equations

then 11b=1

b=1/11 then a=1/5 it means that

1/x+y=1/11 and 1/x-y=1/5

x+y=11 and x-y=5

by solving the equations we will get x=3 and y=8
