Answer:

Value of x is 27/10 or 2.7

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

 \large{\therefore \frac{x}{2} - \frac{1}{5} = \frac{x}{3} + \frac{1}{4}}

Solution:-

\large{ \implies \frac{x}{2} - \frac{1}{5} = \frac{x}{3} + \frac{1}{4}}

\large{ \implies \frac{x}{2} - \frac{x}{3} = \frac{1}{4} + \frac{1}{5}}

\large{ \implies \frac{3x}{6} - \frac{2x}{6} = \frac{5}{20} + \frac{4}{20}}

\large {\implies  \frac{3x - 2x}{6} = \frac{5 + 4}{20}}

 \large{\implies \frac{x}{6} = \frac{9}{20}}

By Cross multiplication,

 \implies 20 \times x = 6 \times 9

 \implies 20x = 54

 \implies x = \frac{54}{20}

 \implies x = \cancel{\frac{54}{20}}

\implies \bf x = \frac{27}{10} =  2.7
