 \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{(2x + 4)}{5}  =  \frac{2x}{15}  - 6x +  \frac{7}{30}  \\  \\  \frac{5x + 6x + 12}{15}  =  \frac{4x - 180x + 7}{30}  \\  \\ 10x + 12x + 24 = 4x - 180x + 7 \\  \\ 22x + 24 = 7 - 176x \\  \\ 198x = -17 \\  \\ x =  \frac{-17}{198}
