1.) 5p + 7 = 19 - 2p

=> 5p + 2p = 19 - 7

=> 7p = 12

=> p = \dfrac{12}{7}

2.) \dfrac{2x + 2}{3} = \dfrac{5}{2-x}

=> (2x + 2)(2 - x) = 3 × 5

=> 4x - 2x² + 4 - 2x = 15

=> -2x² - 2x + 4 = 15

=> -2x² - 2x - 11 = 0

=> -(2x² + 2x + 11) = 0

=> 2x² + 2x + 11 = 0
