Solve the following numericals : Calculate the molarity of an aqueous solution prepared by dissolving

2 mol HCL in water to form of 500 mL solution.​

Given conditions ⇒

Volume of the Aqueous solution = 500 mL.

No. of moles of HCl = 2 moles.

∵ Molarity = No. of moles/Volume in mL × 1000

∴ Molarity = 2/500 × 1000

= 4 M.

Hence, the molarity of the solution is 4 M.

Hence, option (D) is correct.
