Solve the following pair of equation by substitution method:
7x-15y=2
x+2y=3

Hi mate here is ur quer

7x - 15y = 2 ---(.1

x + 2y = 3. -----(.2

Now equation 2 is multiplied by & subtracting the equation 2 from 1

we find

(7x - 15y) - 7*(x + 2y )= 2-21

or, -29y = -19

or y= 19/29

or x= 3 - 2*(19/29)

or x= 19/29
