LET 1/X = P AND 1/Y = Q

==> 2[1/X] + 3[1/Y] = 2

==> 1[1/X] - 1/2Y = 1/3

==> 2P+3Q = 2...[1]

==>1P-1/2Q = 1/3 ...{2}

==> MULTIPLY EQ[2] BY 2

==> 2P+3Q = 2

==> 2P-1Q = 2/3

==> 4Q = 4/3

==> Q = 1/3

PUTTING VALUE OF Q IN EQ[1]

2P+3Q = 2

==> 2P+3[1/3] = 2

==> 2P+1 = 2

==> 2P = 1

==> P = 1/2

SO, Q  = 1/X

==> 1/3 = 1/X

==> X =3

AND P = 1/X

==> 1/2 = 1/X

==> X = 2
