49x+51y=499 ,51x+49y=501(write the question properly)

Solve equation [2] for the variable  y

[2] 49y = -51x + 501 [2] y = -51x/49 + 501/49

// Plug this in for variable  y  in equation [1]

  [1] 49x + 51•(-51x/49+501/49) = 499   [1] -200x/49 = -1100/49   [1] -200x = -1100

// Solve equation [1] for the variable  x

  [1] 200x = 1100    [1] x = 11/2

// By now we know this much :

  x = 11/2   y = -51x/49+501/49

// Use the  x  value to solve for  y

  y = -(51/49)(11/2)+501/49 = 9/2

Solution :

 {x,y} = {11/2,9/2}

this the right answer and u have to put the graph...

i think this may help friend ...
