Step-by-step explanation:

7x - 15y = 2

7x = 2 + 15y

x = 2 + 15y/7 ---------(1)

x + 2y = 3

x = 3 - 2y ----------(2)

in both the equations 1 and 2

LHS is equal so we can also equate RHS

then

2 + 15y / 7 = 3 - 2y

2 + 15y = (3 - 2y )7

2 + 15y = 21 - 14y

29y = 19

y = 19/ 29

substitution if y in any of the equations gives u value of x

also

from equation (2)

x = 3 - 2y

x = 3 - 2( 19)/ 29

x = 3 - 38 / 29

x = 29×3 - 38 / 29

x = 47/ 29

hope this is correct........
