3x-2y=21
3*19-3y/2-2y=21
57-9y/2-2y=21
57-9y-4y/2=21
57-13y/2=21
57-13y=42
-13y=42-57
y=15/13
Now, putting the value of y in equation I,we get
x=(19-3*15/13)/2
=(19-45/13)/2
=(247-45/13)/2
=202/26
=7.77
