y - 5 = 0 \\ y = 5 \\ eq \:  \:  \:  \: 2x - 3y  + 15 = 0 \\ 2x - 3(5) =  - 15 \\ 2x - 15 =  - 15 \\ 2x =  - 15 + 15 \\ 2x = 0 \\ x =  \frac{0}{2}  \\ x = 0
