Solve the following pair of linear equation by the method of elimination .
(i) 3y/2-5x=-2 and y/3+x/3=13/16 .
 \frac{3y}{2}  -  \frac{5x}{3}  =  - 2 \: and \:  \frac{y}{3}  +  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{13}{16}
