y-0 &x-1
hope this may help u
3x-y—3——*¹
9x-3y—9——*²
now
multiply equation 1 by 3 on both side
(subtracting eq 2from1)
9x-3y—9
-9x-3y—9
0 +0y—0
so y—0 n then substitute the value of y in eq 1
